Monthly Board Meetings
Our Monthly board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at
7 pm in the clubhouse. All members of our Association are invited to attend.
Our agenda includes a financial report and current topics of importance.
Our Board of Directors
We have a total of 11 Board members. Each member serves for a period of three years.
Our Executive committee consists of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary.
We also have committees such as grounds committees and screening committees and we encourage any of our share holders to take part in the running of the Park. It is your park
Waste Management collect trash twice a week, and this service is not free. Please be sure to arrange for your trash to be collected. Although the cost of water and grass cutting is
included in your maintenance fee, trash has always been user pay the same as cable, gas and electricity etc.
We have a dumpster for several weeks during the year, please ask at the office for the schedule.
Half of our maintenance fee goes to pay our water bill. We ask all residents to conserve water. We enjoy the low maintenance fee. Lets
keep it that way.
If you want to water your garden, you should consider installing a sand point. Several residents have done this and say it works great.
